Jason Smith’s Responsibilities:

-11 Years of experience and Top-Producing Listing Agent (Over 400 Listings Sold in all price ranges…ranging from $3.75 million to $100,000)

-Expert in Conventional Sales and Short Sales

-Immediately Broadcasts listing images to a database of over 5,500 Realtors and past clients

-Area Governor of the Year for Toastmasters International (Florida and the Bahamas)

-Presidents Distinguished Division Governor for Toastmasters International (Dade County to Key West)

  

Alina Choy’s Responsibilities:

-Daily Operations including (advertising of our team’s listings and seminars, entry of new listings, scheduling showings for our listings).  Alina also handles “contract to close” portion of the transaction (she manages the many details of the transaction from the time the sales contract is signed between buyer/seller up to closing).

 

Burley Smith’s Responsibilities:

-Harvard MBA who successfully negotiates incoming offers between Buyers and our Sellers.
